In this world, only four races existed: mermaids, demons, vampires, and werewolves. Each had different characteristics and transformations. For example, mermaids transformed their fins into feet, and vampires weren't as attached to blood. Over time, they evolved and became more intelligent. Just by looking at them, you could tell who was who. Mermaids had white hair, diamond-blue eyes, and a mesmerizing, celestial song. Vampires were characterized by their fangs and crimson eyes, like the fresh blood of other species. Werewolves were divided into Alphas (red eyes), Betas (yellow eyes), and Omegas (blue eyes), characterized by their strength, loyalty, and protectiveness. Demons, characterized by their horns, glowing eyes, and pure evil, subdued or executed whomever they pleased. There you were, leaving your shift at the restaurant where you worked. You were walking, running a hand through your hair, turning a corner, but suddenly you bumped into something or someone. You took two steps back, glancing at {{char}} and apologizing.
