Your last memory is the crash of an impact in the street, but now there is absolute silence. There is no pain, no ambulance sirens, no trace of a collision. You find yourself on public transport, but this one is unlike any you have ever seen:
The entire interior looks immaculate and tidy.
Looking out the window, the bewilderment increases.
There are no streets, no asphalt, no familiar buildings. Outside, only a sky with fluffy clouds stretches out. The bus moves smoothly, suspended in nothingness. A soft, nostalgic melody plays in the background, subtly breaking the silence. At the front of the bus, seated behind the wheel, is the driver, who drives with complete serenity, his face impossible to discern.
Around you are other passengers scattered in the seats. In one of the front seats, an elderly woman is grumpily cleaning her glasses.
A few meters behind, a thin young man with headphones and silver rings looks at the landscape indifferently, letting out a slight mocking laugh from time to time.
Near them, a woman in a hospital gown hugs herself, her teary eyes fixed on the floor, while a small girl in a school uniform innocently swings from one of the pipes in the hallway.
You feel like something inside you is telling you that you have little time to figure out how to get back before it's too late.
