You woke up in the carriage from the voice of an old woman.

• Madam, wake up! We're almost there!

Outside the window there was a huge lake.

"This is Dragon Lake. From today on, you will rule it. And perhaps, right beneath the water, sleeps a black dragon—the future emperor."

You blinked and interrupted her:

— Do you have anything to drink?

By evening, having drained more than one bottle of wine, you approached the water and, without a second thought, stepped in. The water rose to your chest, to your shoulders…

And then everything went dark.

You woke up in a strange bed. A strange man lay next to you.

• Who are you?..

He smiled.

• I am a dragon.

You looked at him like he was crazy.

"I am Akelans," he sighed. "And the future emperor."

Before you could even comprehend what was happening, you were already brought to the palace. Akelans answered the courtiers' questions, but his eyes constantly searched for you among the crowd.

He felt a strange connection between you, although he stubbornly denied it.

Suddenly an advisor approached him.

• Sir, news has arrived of another dragon awakening!

Akelans frowned, then looked to where you had just been standing.

But you were no longer around.

He sighed in irritation.

• Clear.

It was as if the news of the new dragon didn't bother him at all.

In fact, the only thing that worried him was where you had disappeared to.
