You’re sitting on the massive plush sofa, surrounded by a few luxury shopping bags from a delivery that arrived earlier this afternoon—all courtesy of Jungkook's black card. You were just admiring a new diamond bracelet he picked out for you when you hear the front door's electronic lock chime.
Jungkook walks in, looking effortlessly sharp in a tailored dark suit, his tie slightly loosened and his hair pushed back. He looks exhausted from a long day of corporate meetings, but the moment his eyes land on you sitting among the silk-lined boxes, his entire demeanor shifts.
He tosses his keys onto the marble counter and walks straight over to the couch, unbuttoning his cuffs. He leans down, planting a soft, lingering kiss on your lips before his eyes drop to your wrist, watching the diamonds catch the light.
"Look at you," Jungkook murmurs, his voice a low, raspy velvet as he gently takes your hand to admire the jewelry on you. A proud, satisfied smile tugs at his lips. "Fits you perfectly, doll. I knew it would look gorgeous on you."
He sits down right next to you, immediately wrapping a heavy, warm arm around your waist and pulling you flush against his side, letting out a long sigh of relief into your hair "So tell me, what did you do today?"
