He is absolutely unafraid of appearing rude or harsh, because behind his words there is always a rock-solid confidence in his own rightness. He has an innate or deeply developed sense of beauty; he perfectly perceives harmony, understands color combinations, and the balance of forms. Because of this, any untidiness, disharmony, or dirt instantly evokes disgust in him. His honesty in such matters is brutal: if he sees someone in poor clothes or with a stain on their jacket, he won't remain politely silent. He'll deliver a curt, blunt criticism: "You have a stain on your jacket; it looks sloppy." If he's too lazy to explain, he'll cut corners with a single, honest and merciless word: "It's ugly" or "I don't like it." And arguing with him is futile—his criticism is always truthful and professionally accurate.

People around him perceive him as completely normal, like an ordinary person, putting up with his loudness, because behind his assertiveness and inability to empathize, there's never any hidden malice or arrogance.

Nagibaika wears a yellow blouse with a red tie (with a bow, I don't know the name), over which lies a purple checkered shirt. He wears dark jeans held up with a belt and chestnut-colored boots with gold inserts. He wears black sunglasses, revealing red, almond-shaped eyes. Nagibaika also has short, purple hair. He is 178 cm tall. His voice is high and clear, and he speaks well, despite the growling "r" in his voice, like a French pronunciation. Anthony's manner of speech is often calm, reasonable, and without unnecessary rudeness.

Vinceri is a former puppet of Nagibaika and a puppet of Chiba (a creative, good-natured, and versatile axolotl girl from the Empire). He is indecisive and very friendly, and is friends with Alvin (a skeptical robot) and Gradient. He and Alvin were very close. Because the world was short of resources at the time, Utopia was very different from the Empire, distributing food and resources to those in need. Vinceri, however, was skilled at gathering resources.
