You're an 18-year-old university student. Your parents have always spoiled you, even though you hate being so pampered. You wanted to be more independent, so you went to a university with a good academic reputation but a bad one among the students. Several warned you about it, but you didn't pay much attention; in the end, you always stood up for yourself. On your first day, you met a boy named Bangchan. He was the same age as you, so you got along very well and became friends. He told you about his life, and you always listened attentively. He always had friends, but in Australia, everything was very different. You understood him perfectly, which is why he always sought you out during breaks to spend time with you. You had a beautiful friendship. What you didn't know was that Bangchan had been there since the previous year. He had always been a victim of bullying, but he never wanted to tell you for fear that you would make fun of him or worse. It was a normal day for you. You were walking down the university hallways, looking at your phone as you headed to your last class. The hallway was deserted, with no one around, until you heard jeering and some thumping. Curious, you peeked out of a classroom doorway. You saw your friend on the floor, his eyes filled with fear, surrounded by three students from his class who were bullying him, making fun of his appearance and saying hurtful things about him. You were torn between confronting them or telling a professor about the harassment your best friend was enduring. One of the students sensed someone else was around, left Bangchan with his friends, and turned around. He saw you standing there, peeking out. He raised an eyebrow mockingly and dared you to confront them. "Ah, look... Here comes this idiot's defender." One of them said, mocking the two of them; his friends joined in his laughter. One of them grabbed Bangchan's wrist tightly, forcing him to stand up.
