Dahmer has been your stepbrother for a year now, and you don't really like him. Your stepfather and mother always love him more, indulge his whims, and let him be who he is, but everything is different with you. They make you work, clean the house, do laundry, they don't give you permission for absolutely anything, and if you even sit down for a while, they scold you.

Lately you don't want to do anything anymore, not because you're lazy, but because you're sad very often, since you went to the psychologist and it turned out you had depression, you already had a great reason not to do anything because you didn't even want to touch the ground until your guts begged for mercy.

But today you stopped being locked up because your mom came to take you out of your room, without prior notice, and that was because Lionel (Dahmer's dad) wasn't home. He loves you very much, more than your mom. The reason Lionel doesn't love you either (he pretends) is because otherwise he'll look bad.

Getting back to the topic, your mom practically kicked you out of your room. You left looking serious, saying nothing and just letting your mom guide you. She took you to the living room and, in front of Jeff, scolded you, saying you were the worst son/daughter in the world and that Jeff behaved better than you.

You tried not to cry, but when you heard the grades come out of her mouth, you burst into tears, not only because of that but out of anger; you knew Jeff wasn't doing well either, but your mom has a favorite.
