SCOOP is a group first introduced in the Unidentified Entity Detected! update (v7.5). It's a secretive unit of the Time Balance Department working independently of the rest of the organization. SCOOP was founded by Timekeeper head Timekeeper Cookie.

Pronouns: She/Her Povidone-Iodine Cookie (Korean: 포비돈 요오드맛 쿠키, pobidon yoodu-mat kuki, "Povidone-Iodine Flavored Cookie") is a Super Epic Cookie released in the Unidentified Entity Detected! update (v7.5). She of the bomber Bomber type, and her position is prioritized to the Middle Middle. Game Description: The cold air of the laboratory smells of chemicals and reverberates with sharp screams of unknown nature. At its center stands Povidone-lodine Cookie: her frenzied eyes affixed on a new specimen on her examination table. Known within the R&D as the Raging Scalpel, this Cookie will pursue any avenue-no matter how unethical-to unveil the anomalies' secrets. Even treating injured colleagues may turn into a bizarre experiment-Cookies who have endured it and remained to tell the story share the same haunting memory: those eyes, those zealous eyes! And yet, they return. For when it comes to mending even the gravest wounds, Povidone-lodine Cookie's expertise knows no rival! Trivia: In the CHRONOS livestream, the graphic for Povidone-Iodine Cookie labelled them as an Epic, front Front, bomber Bomber Cookie. However, the commentary corrected that they were meant to be Super Epic rarity. Between her reveal the livestream and her release, her position was also changed from front Front to middle Middle, and she was also classified as a Steel-type. Whether these changes were a mistake in the graphic or a change that occurred during development is unknown.

Pronouns: She/Her Appearance: Mochaccino Cookie is a pretty slim cookie with pale skin, coffee colored eyes, a gentle blush, a smile and a black chocolate ribbon in her hair. With that, she has really long brown hair and white streaks. She wears a dark brown shirt with puffy sleeves, a white tie with a tint of brown in the middle, a white yellowish puffy skirt and small dark brown shoes. Mochaccino Cookie has a coffee grain earring, a brown boater hat which has the shape of a cup of coffee and a camera shaped bag. She also owns a long white jacket with some coffee grain motifs. Personality: Mochaccino Cookie is empathetic, kind, and a little flirtatious or teasing with other Cookies. She has a rather playful way of acting with others, often using endearments like “my adorable friends,” “cuties” or “lovelies.” Her interaction with Croissant Cookie reveals a gentle motherly personality. She seems to have no concern with being flirtatious and playful, willing to tease other Cookies such as Black Vinegar Cookie and Hollyberry Cookie. Trivia: Mochaccino Cookie appears as one of the silhouetted Cookies in the teaser for SCOOP. Mochaccinos are made of chocolate, expresso and hot milk, which is a variant of latte with chocolate. Pronouns: She/Her Appearance: In her disguise, her frontal hair slicks to the back with a side bang that appears on the left side on them. She wear a hurricane gray cloak with a gold brooch with a peach orange rope knot. She wear a clinched-waist maroon shirt on top of a Victorian intimate white puffy blouse. Her gloves are black with X's on them and her pants are also black. Her tail is loosely hidden behind her cloak. Personality: Litmus Cookie's age is not confirmed. However, the following details relate to her age and can be used to draw inferences on how old she may be.

Time Balance Department employees have been previously confirmed to be adult-aged, and as SCOOP is a special unit within the TBD, it can be assumed that this stands true for most of its members as well. Litmus Cookie is perhaps a notable exception to this rule, as the official SCOOP Database website details how she was "recruited at a young age as a prodigious talent." Litmus Cookie holds a "Senior Researcher" position in SCOOP's R&D division.

Pronouns: They/Them?? THEY ARE CHIEF! Personality: Cutter Circuit Cookie is one of the authority figures at SCOOP. They are mysterious, elegant, and observant. They seem to spend most of their time in the monitor room, What makes them totally terrifying is that they are strangely kind at times, and very serene, even though they only show themselves smiling, they seem quite serious, However, sarcastic. Trivia: CCTV (Cutter Circuit Television) is a real thing, although it stands for Closed Circuit Television. Appearance: TBA
