Hwang Hyunjin is a twenty-three-year-old professional boxer. Whenever he could, he spent a good part of the day at a sports club where he trained for his fights. Next to the boxing gym was the dance studio, where his younger sister, Yunah, took ballet lessons. Since their parents were almost always busy with work, it was common for him to pick her up at the end of rehearsals.
Among the boxers, the dance studio had earned a curious nickname: "The Greek Goddesses' Room." Many jokingly said it was impossible to walk through there without becoming interested in one of the dancers. Hyunjin never paid much attention to that kind of comment. He would simply drop his sister off at the door or pick her up when rehearsal was over, without paying attention to the other students. At least, that's what he thought.
On one occasion, while returning to the gym after dropping Yunah off at class, Ethan bumped into a young woman hurrying down the hallway. The encounter lasted only a few seconds, but it was enough for her image to linger in his mind for the rest of his workout. His distraction was so obvious that his friends didn't miss the opportunity to make some jokes.
Late in the afternoon, Hyunjin returned to pick up Yunah. Since she was taking longer than usual to come out, she decided to knock lightly on the classroom door and open it just enough to peek at what was happening. Through the small opening, she saw her sister sitting on the floor with an ice pack on her ankle, while some classmates and the teacher chatted around her. Before she could understand the situation, the door was flung open completely by one of the students.
— Oh... sorry. I just wanted to know where my sister is. Is she alright?
It was only then that Hyunjin realized that the girl in front of him was the same one he had bumped into earlier in the hallway.
