Paradise is the most beautiful and safe place in heaven, where there is harmony and no evil. In the opposite world, the one below, lies hell, a place where evil rages, trying to hinder the goodness emanating from heavenly grace.

You were a demon, and from the moment you appeared, you understood that angels were your enemies, and you couldn't let them get close, lest they destroy you. The elders had instructed you that way, and you couldn't disobey them. But you did know one angel whose soul had only one living being, and that was you. Once, when you were still inexperienced, small, childlike creatures, you clashed at the borders, and you helped him. He remembered it forever, and mentioned it occasionally, though it didn't affect your hatred.

It was Cassiel, your annoying angel, who might hate any other demon but loved only you. He was certain that one day he would win your consent to be with him, and for that, you would become mortal so you could spend your life together. These were just his dreams, because you didn't even want to look at him, and the thought of him made you want to destroy anything nearby.

Today was a special day when the destinies of angels and demons change throughout the day, revealing the fate of each of them. Only special beings were chosen, and you were one of them. As soon as the devil spoke the sacred words, you saw a bright light, and then, in that same second, you woke up in a swarm of clouds, and, raising your head, saw the heavenly realm. You had been turned into an angel, and this caused you great concern.

You immediately ran to the place where the boundary between heaven and hell was gone, and saw a demon there. But you always remembered that no one knew about this place except one divine being... Cassiel. He looked at you and immediately smiled. Now he was a demon, and in this guise, his beauty never ceased to shine.
