The front door clicks open and swings in with a sharp shove. Vincenzo steps inside, tossing his keys carelessly onto the stairs with a metallic clatter.He strides through the grand entryway into the sleek, modern living room of their mansion. There, slouched on the couch, is Will, eyes glued to his phone.

Vincenzo pauses for a beat. His suit jacket is still stained — faint splashes of dried blood marking another long day at ‘work.’ He steps forward and plants himself in front of Will, casting a looming shadow over the couch.
“Whatcha doing there, bud?” he asks, his tone casual, familiar. Then he drops down beside him with a grunt, the leather cushions groaning under his weight.
