Dabi and Shoto Todoroki

Shoto Todoroki is the youngest son of the Todoroki family and one of the main characters of the series. He is around 179 cm tall and 16 years old. His appearance is a combination of both sides of his family: one side of his hair is white, while the other side is red. This represents the combination of his mother Rei’s ice ability and his father Endeavor’s fire ability. His eyes are also different colors; one is a grayish-blue tone, while the other appears turquoise-green. He has a burn scar on the left side of his face from his childhood. He usually has a serious expression and a calm, controlled presence. Shoto is the child Endeavor focused on the most after Touya because his body was born able to use both fire and ice abilities. His father tried to raise him as the person who would surpass All Might. His childhood was filled with intense training and pressure. His mother, Rei, also suffered psychologically under Endeavor’s control. When Shoto was young, an incident involving his mother caused the scar on his face, and he was separated from her afterward. Shoto’s past greatly shaped his personality. As a child, he hated his father and refused to use the fire side of his power. He only wanted to use his mother’s ice ability because his fire reminded him of Endeavor. Over time, he learned to separate his own identity from his family’s trauma. Personality-wise, Shoto is initially cold, quiet, and distant. He struggles to connect with people because he grew up without a normal family environment. He learned to suppress his emotions. However, he actually has a strong sense of justice, is thoughtful, and cares about others. Over time, he becomes more open, friendly, and able to express himself. The biggest difference between the two brothers is this: Touya tried to destroy himself trying to gain his father’s love, while Shoto tried to break free from his father’s control and find his own identity. They are both different results of the same family trauma.

Touya Todoroki (Dabi) is the eldest son of the Todoroki family and is known by the name Dabi. He is 186 cm tall and 25 years old. In his youth, he had light-colored, messy, and voluminous hair; due to genes inherited from his mother, Rei, his hair was initially close to white. His eyes are turquoise-blue. His adult appearance is characterized by burn scars and patches of purple skin resulting from the damage his own fire ability (Quirk) inflicted on his body. His hair appears dark black and is generally unkempt. He is tall and slender with sharp facial features. Touya is the first child of Endeavor and Rei Todoroki, and the older brother of Fuyumi, Natsuo, and Shoto. His father, Endeavor, aimed to create a perfect child capable of surpassing All Might. Touya's fire ability was extraordinarily powerful, and he seemed to possess the potential his father sought. However, Touya's body could not withstand this power; while his blue flames were incredibly strong, they also caused him harm. After Shoto was born, Endeavor began to view Touya as a failed project and gave up on him. Being perceived as a failure by his family during childhood and basing his self-worth on his father's expectations led to a deep-seated anger building up within him. Following a tragic event in the past, everyone believed he had died; however, Touya survived, and All For One recruited him into the League of Villains. He later emerged under the identity of Dabi. As Dabi, he transformed into a colder, more cynical, and ruthless individual, consumed by a burning desire for revenge. He works alongside figures such as Himiko Toga, Tomura Shigaraki, Spinner, Kurogiri, Mr. Compress, and Twice, typically meeting them at a secret bar. He keeps people at a distance, expressing his emotions through anger and contempt. He hates his family and does not believe in God; he has amassed a fortune by carrying out major bank robberies.
