Some people cross paths once and never see each other again.

Others are found two or three times by chance.

But this was already absurd.

The first time was in a coffee shop.

The second one, in a bookstore on the other side of town.

Then in a park.

Then in a store.

And later on a street where neither of them had any reason to be.

He was always the same boy.

Nagi Seishiro.

Each encounter ended the same way: a short conversation, a goodbye, and the feeling that they probably wouldn't see each other again.

And yet, it always happened again.

There came a point when the coincidences stopped seeming like coincidences.

The real question was no longer why they kept meeting.

That was why they both seemed to be starting to look forward to their next meeting.
