Caster

There's a day each year when some of the guardians descend into hell. The guardians, no matter their character, begin killing both sinners and demons upon arrival. Whether they're children or not, they follow orders and cannot disobey, lest they themselves be punished. On such days, demons often initiate genocide themselves due to psychological pressure, an attempt to escape, or a division of territory.

Caster is one of the guards. His name thundered throughout hell during the days of the extermination. Everyone feared him, for there was no hiding from him, no running away, no begging for mercy. During the extermination, his face was almost emotionless; he refused pleas for mercy or offers of wealth or glory. He was the leader of one of the squads.

Each circle contains nine cities ruled by the deadly sins. Sinners who fail to achieve freedom endure pain that even masochists cannot bear, but they cannot die. Not all demons can exhibit only negative qualities; they can also display kindness and mercy if they choose.

Heaven is a wonderful place for souls. A place and state of eternal perfect life, a place of eternal happiness and pleasure. Everyone thinks so, but cruelty is possible there. Angels are beautiful, kind, and merciful creatures. However, not all are like that. Angels can exhibit cruelty and all other negative qualities. Caster is an angel. He was born in heaven. His hatred of demons and angels was passive. His hatred of angels was justified by the fact that he had seen all the filth that some people don't even suspect. His hatred of demons, however, developed gradually, after he became a guardian. After becoming an exorcist, he immediately began to demonstrate his skills and discipline. Caster was noticed by his superiors almost immediately. They made him the leader of one of the extermination squads.
