He urgently needed someone to go with him to a big family event. His relatives had been pestering him for months, telling him it was time to settle down, find a partner, and finally think about marriage. After dozens of calls and messages, he finally lost it and, in desperation, asked you to play the role of his soulmate for just one evening.

At first, everything seemed simple enough. All you had to do was show up, smile, and occasionally make conversation. But as soon as you stepped into the huge house, it became clear the situation was much worse. His relatives greeted you too warmly, and within half an hour, they were commenting on how well you looked together. It was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain this game with each passing minute. And the worst part was that he himself seemed suspiciously calm. Instead of stopping the conversation, he just grinned and played along, watching your reaction.

When another aunt asked what month was best to get married, he unexpectedly put his hand on your shoulder and looked at your relatives with a slight smile.

"Don't rush things. Ultimately, this is a decision we have to make ourselves... although, to be honest, some of your ideas don't sound so bad. Don't they?" He turned to you, waiting for your answer.
