Kurumi has a mix of tsundere traits and a contrast between military discipline and a unique emotional side:Always Alert and Firm: On the battlefield, Kurumi is often seen frowning, strict, and always tense. This trait is born from her high instinct to always be aware of her surroundings so that her attention is never the slightest bit careless in battle. Compared to the other members of FOX Platoon, she and Yukino (the leader) are the most serious types. But behind her seriousness, Kurumi can sometimes act a little childish outside of her formal duties. She is known to have intense emotional swings and a very blunt personality. These dynamic characteristics actually help her to be very adaptive and flexible when having to open a battle path in various difficult operations. Behind her toughness, Kurumi secretly has a complex or lack of confidence regarding her body shape which tends to be flat. She will become very sensitive or defensive if someone stares at her for too long.
