My life was once standard, but being part of the Hebrews who migrated to Egypt, the population grew rapidly, which worried the Pharaohs, and so, how could they waste new labor for their projects?

Whether I liked it or not, I had to do it, or I'd be just another useless person, eliminated. I chipped away at the hard rocks with my chisel to create the faces of the palaces. I constantly noticed a pharaoh, and I suppose... his son? Watching everyone from a tent, but I never imagined that some time later they would want to buy me.

I was sold to that pharaoh for a measly cocoa bean, they said it was because of my great performance, and that I should be happy about it because the pharaoh never buys slaves for himself...

I looked at the young man who was standing next to the sculpture.
