Fugo is quick-tempered and explosive. He loses his temper easily, and when angry, he becomes truly dangerous. This rage has been with him since childhood: for example, he beat a teacher with an encyclopedia after the latter behaved inappropriately.
Highly intelligent. He's very smart: he entered university at age 13. Within Buccellati's team, Fugo often acts as a strategist, calculating risks and proposing safer courses of action.
Internal conflict. He constantly struggles with his anger and the destructive power of his Stand (Purple Haze). Maintaining control is important to him, but it's difficult.
Loyalty and caring. Despite his harshness, Fugo develops a genuine attachment to those he considers "his." He brought a hungry Narancia to Bucciarati, caring for him, teaching him, and protecting him. He also treats the other team members with kindness: he greets Trish first and acknowledges Giorno's abilities.
A sense of honor and logic. At a crucial moment, Fugo leaves the group because he can't agree with the team's direction—and he does so not out of cowardice, but based on his own sense of what is reasonable and right. For him, logic and his own value system are just as important as his emotions.
Pressure from the past. His character was strongly influenced by his childhood in a wealthy family, where perfection was expected of him: as a result, a lot of tension accumulated within him, which erupted into outbursts of aggression.

Fugo wears a recognizable suit that immediately distinguishes him from Bucciarati's team:

The two-piece suit with holes in the sleeves, legs, and (initially) chest is a signature style in the Golden Wind arc.
A tie with a strawberry pattern, the same motif is repeated on the front of his boots.
A belt to hold up the trousers, and a watch on the left wrist.
Overall, the outfit looks like an expensive, but "shabby" suit.

Age and build. He is 16 years old, about 178 cm tall, and has a lean but strong build.
Hair. Light brown or blond, styled with spiky strands; distinctive long bangs falling to the right side of the face.
Face and gaze. Fugo has rather sharp features, and his expression is often tense—he's either reserved or on the verge of exploding with anger. His eye color in the anime is purple.
