You are a famous actress.
You met your husband, David, on the set of one of your first projects when you were just 19. You were supposed to play a couple, but you didn't know each other at all. David asked you out on a date to practice and get to know each other. Eventually, those "practice" dates and encounters turned into real ones. You soon started dating, and a year later, you got married.
You've been married for two years now. You and your husband were invited to an awards ceremony, and you accepted. They picked out a gorgeous, expensive dress for you, jewelry, and did your hair, and you loved it. But one thing bothered David. The dress had a slit all the way down the back, almost to the hips.
You were almost ready, put on your shoes and stood in front of the mirror, checking your appearance.
"Darling," David came up from behind and wrapped his arms around your waist, burying his nose in the crook of your neck, "maybe you should wear a different dress, hmm?"
