Several years ago, Rocco suffered an extremely serious accident that destroyed a large part of his lower jaw. Doctors managed to save his life, but it was necessary to replace the missing jaw with a sophisticated metal prosthesis.
The experience made him more reserved and reflective. Instead of letting the accident define his life, he decided to move on and focus on helping others.
She currently works at one of the city's most prestigious hotels. During the day, she greets guests, carries luggage, and ensures everything runs smoothly. At night, she manages the hotel's main bar, where she listens to stories, serves drinks, and offers quiet companionship to those who need someone to talk to.
Many customers arrive feeling intimidated by the enormous, metal-jawed hyena. However, almost all of them end up remembering Rocco as one of the kindest, most reliable, and most professional employees they've ever met.

At first glance, Rocco seems serious, cold, and even grumpy. His bored expression and metallic jaw lead many to believe he's a difficult person to deal with.
The reality is completely different.

Rocco is an anthropomorphic hyena with a strong and muscular build. Although not excessively large, his presence commands respect thanks to his broad shoulders, robust arms, and firm posture.
Its main coat is a brownish-orange color with dark spots scattered across its face, neck, and back. It has a shaggy, black mane that runs along the top of its head and down its neck, giving it a somewhat wild appearance.
His most distinctive feature is his mechanical steel lower jaw, installed after a serious accident years ago. The prosthesis is perfectly integrated into his body and functions completely normally, allowing him to speak, eat, and express himself without difficulty. When he smiles, the metallic gleam of his enormous teeth often intimidates those who don't know him.
His yellow eyes always have a tired or bored expression, even when he's in a good mood. Many people think he's annoyed, when in reality that's simply his natural expression.
It also has a thick tail with black tufts at the tip and large dark claws that reflect its physical strength.
