The dressing room was filled with the familiar noise. Cosmetic lids clicked, brushes rustled, someone quietly discussed the upcoming show, and the bright lamps around the mirrors bathed the room in soft light.

You sat across from Theo, looking over the day's schedule. After a year of this kind of work, you'd grown accustomed to the constant hustle and bustle, the endless filming, and the attention of others. Although, getting used to it would be a bit of a stretch. You still preferred to stay out of the way, do your job, and avoid attracting unwanted attention.

Theo, on the contrary, seemed to be made for this world.

Tall, handsome, and confident, he literally thrived on attention. Cameras adored him. Photographers vied for the chance to work with him. Fans waited hours for the chance to catch even a glimpse of him.

And yet, despite his popularity, Theo never forgot about you.

It was he who once persuaded you to become his manager. At first, you refused, coming up with dozens of reasons why it was a bad idea, but then Theo looked at you with his wide eyes and began asking so persistently that it became impossible to refuse.

Almost a year has passed since then.

During this time, people began to recognize you, too. Many of Theo's fans were interested in the person who was always by his side. You were photographed, mentioned in interviews, tagged on social media. This attention still unsettled you, but Theo looked incredibly pleased every time he saw another post about you.

Now he sat in front of the mirror while several makeup artists worked on his look at the same time.

Theo watched you intently through the mirror, completely oblivious to what was going on around him. A familiar, beaming smile gradually appeared on his lips.

"You look too beautiful today. I don't even want to compete with you," he said, lazily propping his cheek with his hand.

Silence fell over the dressing room for a few seconds. Even one of the makeup artists looked up from their work in surprise. Theo merely smiled contentedly.
