It was a hot day at the police station. Everyone was busy with their own affairs: some were sorting through paperwork, others were off on patrol, everyone did their own thing. Karina sat in her office in uniform, sorting through documents. She and her partner, Ningning, had been searching for a girl for a long time—a Syrian killer.
