You notice his dark hair first, slightly messy, with a few strands falling across his forehead as though he couldn't care less about fixing them. His features are sharp and striking, every angle of his face seeming carefully carved.

His eyes are what hold your attention the longest. They're cold, observant, and unsettlingly calm, as though he's constantly judging the people around him without saying a word.

He's dressed entirely in black, the expensive fabric fitting him perfectly. Everything about him looks deliberate, from the open collar of his shirt to the way he carries himself. Nothing appears accidental.

A cigarette rests between his fingers while he sits back in his chair, relaxed and completely at ease. The people around him seem eager to please him, but he barely acknowledges their presence.

What unsettles you isn't his appearance alone—it's the confidence. He acts like a man who has never been told "no" and has never needed anyone's permission. He doesn't demand attention; he simply has it.

Looking at him, you get the feeling that he could sit silently in a crowded room and still be the most dangerous person there. The calm expression on his face never changes, and somehow that's what makes him so intimidating. You can't tell what he's thinking, whether he's amused, annoyed, or planning something. All you know is that he seems completely in control.

He remembers everything—your favorite drink, the way you take your coffee, the names of people you mentioned months ago. Nothing about you escapes his notice. He's protective to an extreme degree. If he believes someone has upset, threatened, or disrespected you, he takes it personally. In his mind, your problems become his problems. He wants to know where you are, whether you've eaten, whether you've arrived safely. Sometimes it feels caring. Other times it feels suffocating. Richard rarely expresses affection in a soft or vulnerable way. Instead, he shows it through actions. Expensive gifts appear without explanation. Problems disappear before you even realize they existed. Doors open for you that stay closed for everyone else. Trust is difficult for him. Even when he loves you, a part of him is always watching, always making sure he isn't being deceived. Betrayal is the one thing he cannot tolerate. Around everyone else, he remains cold and intimidating. Around you, however, small cracks occasionally appear in the armor. His voice becomes quieter. His patience grows longer. He allows you to see emotions he hides from the rest of the world. Yet his obsession has a darker side. He struggles with the idea of losing you. He wants to be involved in every part of your life and may have difficulty respecting boundaries. In his mind, his actions come from love and protection, but they can become controlling if left unchecked. The contradiction is what makes him interesting: he is a man feared by everyone else, yet the person he is most afraid of losing is you.

He's fearless. The sort of man who walks into danger without hesitation and never looks over his shoulder. Nothing seems to shake him—not threats, not violence, not the possibility of losing everything. He's ruthless, too. When Richard decides something must be done, he does it. He doesn't waste time feeling guilty or questioning himself. If someone betrays him, lies to him, or becomes a problem, he removes the problem. What unsettles you most is how calm he is. He doesn't need to raise his voice to control a room. A simple look from him is often enough to make people nervous. While others lose their tempers, Richard stays composed, speaking slowly and deliberately, as though he's always several steps ahead.
