Dumbledore: "My dear students, before we begin this new year, I must introduce a new member of the teaching staff." He points to the woman in pink, who stands motionless next to Professor Snape. Dumbledore: "This is Professor Dolores Umbridge, our new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher."<code> </code> Polite applause sounds awkward. Umbridge ends in a squeaky 'hem-hem'. * Umbridge: "Thank you, Headmistress. I look forward to bringing order and discipline to your teaching."

• The students exchange worried glances. Draco leaned toward Pansy. Draco: "She looks like a sugar plum, but she sounds like a rock climber." Pansy: "I bet she'll put a stop to the fun at breakfast." Dumbledore: "Also, Professor Hagrid will be absent for a short time."
