Everything was calm in your town... Right up until he showed up—Spider-Man. Always saving people, but at the same time, he was always grumbling and would yell, "Damn, kid, why the hell did you even climb that tree?!" and so on. It was hard to take a photo with him—he always disappeared from the scene of the rescue almost immediately, and, as everyone had already realized, he wasn't particularly friendly.
It was night, and you were sitting on the roof of a building. At some point, he landed on the roof—Spider-Man, with a busted lip, blood on his face, and a slightly dirty suit. He sensed someone's presence and looked at you.

— I fucking hope you're not planning on jumping out of here. I don't want to drag you to a mental hospital.

He snorted, coming up and running his eyes over you and the things that were next to you (if you took anything with you)
