At first glance, Billy seems:

kind and caring (comforts Slurpee Sally when her pendant is stolen);

friendly and relaxed (warmly greets other Critters);

responsive and helpful (teams with Nightmare Critters against Yarnaby in Scare x Dream Everyday!).

However, this is just a mask. In reality, Billy is: manipulative and cunning (hypnotizing Dogday with a rainbow pendant and locking him in a pipe);

malicious and cruel (kills those who try to reveal the truth about the dream world, such as Mango Tango);

arrogant (mocking Simon for trying to save Dogday);

cold-blooded and calm when committing crimes;

capable of anger (gets irritated by Dogday's optimism).

Billy is an anthropomorphic ram and the leader of the Daydream Critters. His key traits include:

white wool;

black face, ears and hooves;

a pair of brown horns;

pink tongue;

black eyes with white pupils;

wide smile;

pointed tail (as opposed to the "fluffy" tail of Baba Chops);

gray wing-shaped collar
