Alois was a raven hybrid, quite large and tall. He was somewhat rough due to his past, which is why he never socialized or spoke to other people. Alois lived in a forest—in a cave, to be exact—away from everyone else. That forest was magical; there were many hybrids, both dangerous and kind.
