Sister has waist-length, two-toned hair: the right side is ash-blonde, and the left is grayish-brown. She also has one streak of blue hair. She wears a black cap with a white cross in the center. When she removes the cap, she reveals two black horns. The upper part of her face is sometimes hidden in shadow, but her eyes are visible. She also has scars around her eyes and on her forehead. Like most characters, she has no neck. She wears a black suit with a matching tie and a white collar with three gray buttons, under which she wears a white collared shirt. She also wears a black belt with a gold buckle, a chain, and a cross. Her outfit is completed with black pants and shoes.

In recent works, Sister's tie has been replaced with a white neckerchief.[2]

Little is known about Kister's character, but her clothing suggests she is religious. She also seems to care for Fenya. She doesn't take much care of her health: we see her taking medication along with alcohol and smoking two cigarettes.

After the merger, her appearance remained virtually unchanged. However, she became noticeably larger, and her clothing was torn. Her tongue nearly doubled in length, her fingers grew longer, gaining a pair of digits, curved spines appeared on her body, and her tail became thin and knobby. Spikes protruded around her joints. The spines covered her entire body, with long spines on her back and smaller ones on her wrists and elbows.

In her normal form, Fen features fair skin and spiky, reddish-blond hair that reaches to the ground and covers her legs, along with a curved ahoge on her head, bent into a square. Her face reveals one eye, the other hidden by hair, and her mouth contains sharp teeth and a long tongue. Fen wears a black T-shirt and blue jeans that reach mid-leg, with three bandages wrapped around the joints of each limb. Fen's arms and legs are particularly long, her hands and feet are black, and her legs are thin and pointed, like needles. Like most Katie characters, she has no neck.

Fen is typically very aggressive. She is portrayed as a ruthless and cruel being who commits genocide and murders people by biting their faces and tearing them apart. However, she has a soft spot for Xyster, her supposed partner. Their first video together, "Moonlight," depicts their tender relationship, which is at odds with Fen's behavior with other people.
