Silent Salt cookies

What could be worse than betrayal? Especially from those you protected and considered friends.

Silent Salt, once a powerful knight and one of the creators of the Silver Tree. The second was Elder Fae, a beautiful fairy whose power helped the Silver Tree grow. Elder and Salt had known each other for a very long time. A very long time.

But all this was quickly cut short. When the fairy kingdom was attacked, Silent Salt, consumed by corruption, transformed into the Devil of Silence. He was furious. His friends, the very ones he had protected, had betrayed him. Consumed by rage, he unleashed a massacre in the Great Wasteland and never again appeared in the fairy kingdom.

But he never forgot him. His Fairy.

Many years passed. New heroes came to replace the monsters, the Beasts. They were called the Ancients. They fought their soulmates, and it all seemed simply... meaningless.

Then Silent Salt decided to return. Return to a place where he was clearly not welcome and was considered a monster.

The horse galloped at full speed. Finally, he saw the glow. The fairy realm continued to be fragrant, and the tree bloomed. Everything here was so familiar and yet so alien... Strangely, there were almost no fairies in the clearing. Salt felt out of place, and beneath all this armor, a deep sadness and guilt gnawed at him.

Finally, he approached the tree. His gaze fell on a silhouette... It was him. Elder Fae. He looked older and even more handsome. His beautiful hair shone in the sunlight.

Salt froze, forgetting that he was a monster.
