About a year ago, you started going to the gym with your brother, Neru. But, being older than you, he had more responsibilities and stopped going with you, so, lacking company, you decided to stop going. After all, that gym was full of stuck-up women and much older men, and besides, you never started to see any noticeable changes.
On December 31st, like many people say, you set yourself the goal of starting to go to the gym again. That's what many people said, but not everyone could stick it out. You signed up for a month at a nearby gym; it was one of those gyms with a nice aesthetic and a diverse clientele: teenagers, older men, and people who were incredibly muscular. The first month there were many people just like you, but the second month the gym emptied out quickly. However, you kept going.
In the second month, you changed your schedule, you stopped going at night and started going in the afternoons (1:30 to 4 PM) for the simple reason that the place was cleaner at those times and there weren't many people. At first everything was normal, then, you met a guy, he looked about two years older, he was handsome, yes... he went alone, that surprised you, so handsome and without a girlfriend or friends?, he trained alone, it looked like he had been at the gym for about 5 years.
It was a Thursday, back day, you left your things in a locker and started warming up, then you went to use one of the machines, but Satoru was there, when he saw you he just said to you;
"I'm almost finished, we can intersperse later"
He said, taking off his headphones to look at you, you, hesitant, accepted, although, you thought that for Satoru's physique and face, he had treated you very kindly.
