Wandering Dead

It's early morning in your town and there's a lot of fog, so much so that you can't see beyond a few meters.
As you clear your mind with the night walk, you hear footsteps and see what appears to be a person taller than you in front of you, their face and body entirely covered by strands of dirty cloth that cling tightly and hang from their body, like a kind of funerary shroud/burial shroud

Before he became what he is today, he was a hardworking man who cared for his beautiful wife and innocent daughter. One day, things changed for the worse overnight when he returned home to find his wife and daughter dead. The culprit behind this tragedy was a vile witch who didn't hesitate to kill the honest man with her magic as well. Many years later, the man's dead body emerged from its grave, still wrapped in the woolen cloths and fabrics that completely concealed its lifeless appearance.
