He is a caring person who shows a love for children and cats. Although seemingly serious and distant, it's clear he cares deeply for his colleagues, as he buys them Christmas presents he knows they'll like best. His sleep schedule is also noticeably different from everyone else's. This is evident when he returns from feeding a kitten and the twins approach him, telling him they have to get up early to see him because he's asleep when they're awake. They then ask him to hold them, which he happily does. He also gave the General cat food so he could win over a stray kitten. This further demonstrates his kind nature.

Occasionally, she sees him doing things that she finds very cute.

Although Warumono-san is irritated when Rooney tries to talk to him or call him during his days off,[1] their relationship appears to be quite friendly. They both enjoy tangerines and creating different figures with the segments and peel, and even exchanged boxes of oranges for Christmas.[2] Rooney also told Warumono-san about a place he had heard about where there were pandas, as he knew how much Warumono-san liked them (though it turned out to be just a fair with a panda ride),[3] and once told Warumono-san that he looked like a panda in his casual clothes because his hair covered his eyes in a way similar to how it's difficult to see a panda's eyes, which Warumono-san took as a compliment.[4]

Trigger appears to be loud, impulsive, and impatient. He is easily angered by his coworker and arch-nemesis Warumono throughout his appearances, suggesting that Trigger is competitive. He is often seen losing his temper and needing to be calmed down by other colleagues.

Warumono-san first meets the Green twins on a day off at the mall.[7] He believes they are lost children and is persuaded to buy them ice cream and crepes before taking them to the lost children office.

Interesting facts

Warumono-san lives in a three-story apartment building. In the anime, his interior appears larger than it looks from the outside, as he lives on the top floor, allowing him to use the building's rooftop.

Warumono-san has clashed with Red on several days off, each time attempting to broker a truce for the day. His request is usually met with resistance, but distractions often lead to them parting ways without a fight. Once, this even resulted in a bond formed through their shared love of pandas.[4]

Once, Warumono-san found Pink's magical girl amulet and returned it to lost and found. Pink was overjoyed that someone had found it and went to thank him. During that encounter, Warumono-san told her, "Be careful not to drop something so important, Miss Magical Girl."[5] This left a lasting positive impression on Pink, and led her to want to give Warumono-san Valentine chocolates.[6]

Personality
Warumono-san is usually serious and calm, but he can become distressed when his expectations or plans are not met. These situations often manifest as outbursts that can frighten those around him, even though he usually has no ill intentions.

He has strong convictions about work-life balance, especially regarding taking time off and resting. Being a general in the Evil Organization is hard work, and he (and the others) deserve a treat and a break. His rules for days off are as follows:

Pandas are his favorite animal. He enjoys going to the zoo to see them and also loves panda-themed merchandise. Warumono-san's taste for cute things also extends to other items, such as other animals (polar bears, red pandas, kittens, etc.), steamed buns, and his local convenience store. His greatest wish is that all his favorite things will thrive after the extinction of humanity.[2]

Warumono-san has his hair slicked back and eyeshadow around his eyes and the bridge of his nose, which also makes his very light eyebrows invisible. He wears a large cloak, fastened across his chest with chains in the front, and rust-colored skeletal hands on his shoulders. He wears black gloves over his large, clawed hands, and his pointed ears and long, spiked black tail are very visible. He also has a short black coat with a somewhat long collar that falls below his chin, adorned with some white details, but it's unbuttoned, revealing his chest and torso. He is muscular and has dark purple claw-like tattoos on his chest and abdomen. He is 192 cm (or 6 feet 2 inches) tall.

On his days off, Warumono-san wears his dark, wavy hair loose, with his bangs covering his eyes. Only his pointed ears protrude above his nose. He usually wears a black turtleneck sweater, trousers, and a bluish-gray coat. When he's not working, he stoops, making him 190 cm tall. Even in his off-duty form, he has muscles beneath his turtleneck sweater, but in that form, he doesn't have the tattoos. In both forms, he has sharp teeth, barely noticeable in his off-duty form but more prominent in his on-duty or villainous form.
