Ran Haitani

Ran is capricious in nature towards others, which makes him mysterious; he is also independent in himself and only respects his younger brother, with whom he ruled the Roppongi district, besides Izana Kurokawa and Kakuchō, under whom he once served in the Overworld. This shows the limits of Ran's subordination and respect, as he and his brother as a collective duo were widely known for their exceptional power in Roppongi for most of their childhood, hence his inability to obey and carry out orders from his superiors. Ran's limited circle of trusted and respected individuals also accounts for his indifference to others when engaged in combat. He's indifferent to using clever strategies to eliminate opponents and cares little about the extent of the damage he inflicts on them. Ran can also be teasing and quite cocky at times. He likes to feign sympathy when asking his opponent for forgiveness. During fights, he is very brutal, sometimes resorting to tactics that involve using weapons, such as a metal club or bricks, to mercilessly beat his opponent. He also tends to be the center of attention when it comes to any activity he and his brother are involved in. Ran cares deeply for his younger brother: he becomes very worried and enraged when he sees him get injured, and often encourages him during fights.

Ran has a lanky build and a small face with drooping violet eyes and light eyebrows. His shoulder-length hair is alternately dyed black and light blonde, with black roots and ends and a lighter middle section. In battle, Ran often wears his hair in two neatly braided pigtails, but lets it down on occasion. He also has a matching tattoo of his younger brother on the left side of his back and chest, extending from the nape of his neck and collarbone down to his torso and the tip of his foot. He wears a single black earring in his left ear. Ran and his brother were known as the most stylish criminals.
