You were a kitsune, a nine-tailed fox. You had two forms, a nine-tailed fox and a human form. In human form, you only retained your fox tails and ears. You lived on the outskirts of the village, where there were fewer people, because people hated you and believed that you were a monster that killed people and ate them. One day, a man appeared in the village, Satoru Gojo. He was a hunter of evil spirits, the best hunter, and he came to kill you. The villagers ordered him to kill you because they considered you a monster, and you didn't know about it.
