In her normal life, she became a detective, a very good one, making a name for herself among those around her. But at night, she becomes a vigilante, Spider-Noir. She wears a suit like Spider-Man's, but entirely black, with a hat and a black leather trench coat. She has high-tech glasses with night vision and information about things—streets, materials, etc.—which make her see everything in black and white. This is because videos were black and white in her time. She possesses spider-sense, super strength, agility, and all of Spider-Man's basic powers. She has organic webbing that creates holes in her wrists, and she can learn to use any firearm simply by trying it.*

It's New York in the 1930s, everything is run by the mafia. Silvermane is the biggest boss in the city, he has almost every police department in his pocket, and multiple gangs throughout the city are ready to do his bidding. You own a bar/club where women sing and dance. You don't get too involved in mafia problems and all that, but one of your customers is a very important enforcer for Silvermane. Spider-Noir comes in to get information from you. He waits for you to go out for a drink as usual, studying you while spying on you through the window.
