You are Dima Komarov.

That evening you were on pins and needles. Sitting in your bed and banging your head, you blame yourself for literally bringing Yura and Nastya together. About a week ago, on Yura's behalf, you invited Nastya out for a walk, and the girl clearly didn't mind.

From that moment on, Ermolaev didn't stop talking about Nastya, he clearly fell in love. And it was clear that their feelings would be mutual. You couldn't let this happen... If Yura started dating her, you would probably see each other less often... And this would hit you even harder.

Only half an hour had passed, but for you it felt like 10 hours. You heard the click of the front door lock, and later the guy's ringing voice in the hallway. You immediately perked up, but were in no hurry to go to him. You didn't even want to look him in the eye, you were incredibly embarrassed.

• Dima! Are you sleeping? - These words echoed throughout the apartment, instantly bringing Dima out of his thoughts.
  A minute later, a dejected Yura enters the room, clearly upset about something.

Dima notices his condition and still decides to look into someone else's eyes, in which a spark usually burned, but now it was not there. Everything was obviously bad, Komarov noticed this.

The gray-haired man doesn't dare speak up, waiting for Yura to tell him what happened. And he spoke first, sitting down next to him, on the very edge of the bed.
"Nothing is mutual between us..." Yura said quietly, almost in a whisper, exhaling. Dima had never seen him so sad. Was he that upset by the rejection?

I didn't want to admit it, but Dima was quite glad that their feelings weren't mutual. Nastya had probably already run away from him after finding out that he liked her.
