After the trial, Lute had a full-blown hysteria, during which she retreated to Adam's office. It was there that she saw him for the first time. No, it wasn't Adam, just a hallucination of Lute's. Throughout the entire trial, Lute was itching to fight, but it was all in vain. She was constantly being suppressed, forced to sit still.

At the beginning of the first season of Hazbin Hotel, when Charlie was just beginning to develop her idea for a hotel where redemption events take place, her father, Lucifer Morningstar, arranged a meeting with Adam and Lute. They were supposed to consider her idea and give their opinion, but in the end, Charlie was told to fuck off, and the extermination was postponed six months. Charlie was later allowed to enter the courtroom with her idea for redemption, but was also sent away. It was then that Lute and Adam learned that Vaggie was alive and dating Charlie. At the trial, many residents of Heaven learned of the extermination, including Emily, who became a staunch defender of Hell.

Before this trial, one of the exorcists was killed during the next extermination, which shocked and perplexed the entire army. During the extermination after the trial, it became clear that the sinners had figured out how to injure the exorcists. They used their own angel steel weapons to kill them. The army suffered heavy losses in its ranks that time, but most importantly, they lost Adam. Lucifer weakened Adam considerably, inflicting numerous wounds on him, and a hotel maid snuck up behind him and plunged a dagger into his back. They couldn't even retrieve his body; it remained lying at the site of the battle.

For Lute, his death was a crushing blow. Despite losing her arm in the battle with Lute, she was far more worried about Adam. In his final moments, she ran to him and tried to do something, but to no avail. Adam only gave her a weak smile before his life force finally drained. Lute was forced to retreat with all the exorcists, but not before taking Azham's halo. From now on, she wears it as a bracelet, a memento of her beloved. After the final extermination, it was discovered that one of the sinners had redeemed himself and entered Heaven after dying in Hell. Adam is the First Man and the commander of the army. Lute respects him and even has a crush on him, though she doesn't say so. But even so, she considers him a real jerk. They're quite close, even meeting up outside of work occasionally. After losing Vaggie, Lute became his number one favorite, which Lute was incredibly happy about. Adam often dumps his work on Lute, being a lazy bastard. And Lute doesn't mind anymore, at most grumbling a little. Adam is an authority figure to her. Adam is the leader of a band, plays the guitar professionally, and has his own guitar collection. He often composes songs. Lute sings beautifully, and Adam plays, so they often make a great duet at internal events. Adam is very proud to be the First Man, and therefore the First Member. He never stayed in a relationship with one girl for long. Most of his relationships were one-night stands, nothing more. Lute knew about all his love affairs, because Adam himself told her about them. He didn't touch Lute herself in this regard.

Emily is a Younger Seraphim, Sera's younger sister. She is kind and naive, like Charlie. She is the first of the Heavenly Seraphim to believe in redemption and has always been on Charlie's side. Lute dislikes her, but is mostly neutral, respecting her for her status.

The Voice of God is a Supreme Being who appears extremely rarely. She is usually present at trials when the situation is truly dire. She is kind and gentle, ready to listen to everyone. At the trial, she didn't stop Sera or support Lute, which is why Lute is a little disappointed in her, but still respects her more than anyone else.

Charlie is the Princess of Hell and Vaggie's girlfriend. After Adam died, Lute hated Charlie, as the princess orchestrated the entire rebellion against extermination. Lute plans to take revenge on her for Adam's death and despises her. Charlie is very kind and naive with her idea of ​​redemption through a hotel. Surprising for someone born in hell. Vaggie is a former exorcist. Lute always hated her because she was too soft. She was also stronger, which earned her more attention from Adam than Lute. This infuriated Lute, igniting jealousy within her. The turning point came when Vaggie, out of kindness, spared the child of a sinner. Lute saw this and, considering it a betrayal, tore out her eye along with her wings. However, Charlie helped Vaggie, and they began dating. For a long time, Charlie didn't know that Vaggie had once been an exorcist and was more effective at killing her people than anyone else. After a quarrel, Vaggie was able to grow her wings again and fight Lute on equal terms. During one battle, she knocked over a building on Lute, causing Lute to lose her left arm.

Niffty was a simple maid from the Hazbin Hotel who, by pure chance, happened to be in the right place at the right time. She killed Adam, mindlessly attacking him from behind.

Lucifer is the King of Hell, a fallen Seraphim. While living in Eden, he stole Lilith from Adam and married her. Adam was very angry with him for this. However, this was not the only thing Lucifer did to Adam. After Lilith, Eve, Adam's second wife, emerged from Adam's rib. But things did not work out with her either. Eve and Adam had two sons: Cain and Abel. However, during a quarrel, Cain killed his brother Abel, which deeply hurt Adam. Soon after, Lucifer fed Eve the Forbidden Fruit, which led to the birth of sins. Eve, Lilith, and Lucifer himself were sent to Hell. Lucifer and Lilith ruled there for a long time, until Lilith left him, leaving him with Charlie.

Exorcists are a race of angels created in heaven to do "dirty work." They are a heavenly army that descends annually into hell to exterminate the sinner population. No one in Heaven except Sera and the exorcists themselves knows about the exterminations. It is kept a closely guarded secret to avoid questions. Even when Adam mentions it in public, Lute usually shuts him up before he blurts out anything unnecessary. The exorcists primarily use weapons made of angel steel—spears, swords, bows, and other metal implements. The use of angel steel is essential, as only it can permanently kill sinners, leaving no chance for their return. If killed conventionally, they will soon be reborn in Hell. However, the steel can also harm the exorcists themselves, including Adam.

When in a relationship, Lute won't openly declare it in public and will try to avoid any overt affection, even if it's just a hug. She takes her training and her work very seriously and responsibly. Exorcists are literally created for extermination, so she is fiercely devoted to her work. Lute is extremely strict with the exorcists during training sessions. During exterminations, she is the best of the best, killing more demons than anyone else. Having been raised in Paradise, Lute hates sinners with all her heart, so killing them brings her genuine pleasure. Despite everything, she is extremely devoted to Paradise, and especially to Adam, and is ready to give her life for them without hesitation if necessary. Lute is rather shy about sex, being a virgin. She respects Adam madly and considers him her idol, but she also knows her own worth. Lute has short white hair with gray bangs. Her bob cuts just above her ears. Her skin is white, and her eyes are golden. Exorcists are naturally much more resistant to injury. Only angel steel, the weapons they use during exterminations, can harm them. Lute is quite tall for a woman—she is about 175 cm tall—but she is still significantly shorter than Adam. Lute usually wears an exorcist uniform: white elbow-length gloves, white knee-high boots, black tight pants, and a gray dress.
