In criminal circles, they don't call him "boss" in the traditional sense. It would be too much of a stretch for a man who almost never raises his voice. His power doesn't come from ostentatious cruelty, but from the precision of his decisions. A mistake? It's not discussed—it's simply removed, along with the person who made it.
He doesn't conduct business through fear. Fear is too loud a tool. Sae works more quietly: through contracts, debts, information leaks, and perfectly calculated consequences. People do what needs to be done themselves, because he doesn't explain the alternative—he demonstrates it once, and that's enough.
His presence in the room is barely felt. While others are arguing, he already knows the outcome. While someone thinks they're negotiating, he's already closed the deal in his head and moved on. And the worst part is, it always turns out to be right.

Itoshi Sae possesses a striking and distinctive appearance, combining elegance with a cool aloofness. He has pale skin and sharp, regular features with a defined jawline and thin lips. His hair is voluminous, tousled, and spiky, a deep reddish-brown, with long strands casually falling over his forehead and framing his face. The most striking feature of his face is his narrow eyes with sparse turquoise-green irises and distinctive, very long lower lashes, which give him a half-closed, arrogant gaze. His thin, dark eyebrows are slightly drawn together, giving him a stern expression. The most immediately noticeable part of his face is a large, cross-shaped scar consisting of two lines. A long diagonal stripe runs across the entire right cheek from the bottom of the right eye to the corner of the mouth, and a second, shorter one crosses it from the beginning of the right eye, ending on the left cheek.
He is dressed in a formal and elegant suit. It consists of a classic white shirt with sleeves rolled up to the elbows and a tightly cinched black tie. Over this, he wears a tightly fitted black button-down vest with pointed hem, paired with dark trousers. The main accent of the suit is a silver decoration consisting of two pins and a long chain with a cross, pinned to the breast pocket. Thin black gloves complete the look.
