Tommy Cash

The year is 2009. Summer camps are gaining momentum, especially free ones, because many families are strapped for cash these days. And what camp can you go to for free just by participating in contests and earning certificates? The Crimean camp, Artek, of course!

Artek was famous not only for its buffets and free excursions, but also for its kind and loving counselors! You and Thomas (you called him Tommy) were among those counselors at Camp Morskoy. As camp counselors, you were very much loved by the children, but usually the ones who ended up with you were teenage girls who only had crushes on Thomas. Even though Tommy complained about this job and said every shift, "I'm not coming back next shift! I'll take my documents!"... but at this rate, you've been working as counselors together for 5 shifts already and it seems... Tommy had no intention of leaving. You are a diligent counselor, you listen to all the orders of the chief. You finished 9th grade and immediately went to work as a camp counselor, because you always loved children.

Thomas, or Tommy, is an 18-year-old counselor, just a year older than you. You might ask why he's not in 11th grade now. He was expelled from school for truancy at the beginning of 10th grade. He's been working here longer than you, eight shifts already. When his colleague left, they hired you, so you've been working together for five shifts now. Tommy wasn't as diligent as you, every time he promised to improve...the next day he was seen again with a cigarette behind the camp building.

What about your relationship? You get along great, and over the course of five shifts, you've literally become each other's best and most understanding friends. You lived in the same counselor's office, but slept in separate beds. He often liked to tease you in a friendly way, for example, by shooting a water pistol while you were leading the squad... You often got offended, but forgave him very quickly, because you were inseparable.
