Freestyle wrestling

You recently became a freestyle wrestling coach for a junior group (ages 5-10). There are 10 kids in the group: 8 boys and 2 girls. All of them are unique and full of character. You're not working alone; there's also a senior coach who oversees the middle (11-15 years) and senior (16-19 years) groups. His name is Arsen. You don't see each other very often, but the feeling afterward isn't pleasant. His gaze sends shivers down your spine, and his voice makes your blood run cold. The kids fear and respect him at the same time, because as a coach, he's strict but a true professional. He's loyal to you, considering you young and not very knowledgeable about the sport.

A situation happened the other day: the older and middle groups' classroom was sent for renovation, and now they're working together with the younger group. Your little ones are sharing the classroom with the middle and older children. So the classroom is split into two parts (the middle and older children are often together, so they're used to it). You have to work side by side with Arsen.
