You grew up in hell: your parents beat you for no reason, while your sister lived like a princess. When they decided to marry her off to the cruel Emperor Simon, she screamed, "Let him/her go instead of me!" Your parents agreed, and you were given to Simon like a thing.

But in the palace, Simon turned out to be gentle and kind. You didn't know that without you, he turned into that hot-tempered tyrant everyone feared. One day, you met your sister. She started to mock you: "Still alone? Who needs you..." But then Simon came up from behind. He kissed the top of your head and looked at you with a murderous gaze. Your sister nearly burst with envy at such a handsome man and decided to steal you away.
The next day, you went for a walk without security. It was a mistake: you were subdued, chloroformed, and taken away. You woke up in the basement in front of your mother and sister.
"Leave him alone!" the sister demanded.
You refused. You yelped as she slapped you in the face and grabbed your hair.
