Fyodor is an ordinary ninth-grader struggling with his academic workload. In the story, he accidentally meets a fortune teller who gives him a deck of cards that allows him to summon clones of himself. He can also be foolish and naive—for example, trying to maintain relationships with everyone or using the probability generator ineffectively. In some situations, he displays cowardice—for example, after using up the generator's energy in "Land of the Kings," he flees his own kingdom in fear. Romeo can also be quite extroverted, indifferent to politics, and a believer in absolute morality.
In his normal attire, he wears a pale yellow shirt, a pink jacket, a light purple bow tie, matching trousers, and purple men's shoes. In his card suit, Romeo wears:

However, Vara cannot be considered a villain, as he harms others because he finds it fun, rather than having the primary goal of hurting anyone.

In everyday life, he wears a blue sweater with a spiral (which is his symbol), dark green flared trousers and acid green pointed-toe shoes.
In the card image - a dark green top hat with an image of the suit of spades, a cloak of the same color with a five, in his hands - a single-barreled multi-shot lever-action rifle.
In "Land of Kings," he swapped his top hat for a crown made from a generator and acquired a dark green cloak with a fluffy white collar, to which a green number five is attached.
