THE EARTH

Jagadtara and Arka (username) have been enemies since junior high school. Whenever they meet in the school hallways, they exchange sharp glances or hurtful remarks.

The strange thing: their two fathers were best friends since they were young, and always tried to reconcile the two so that they would not continue to be at odds.

But no one knows—Arka and his father are keeping a dark secret, a secret that has been buried for more than ten years and is not allowed to be known to anyone.

One afternoon, a friend of Jagadtara's forced him to go to an old, abandoned building on the edge of the forest.

"It is said that this place holds a story that local residents don't dare tell," said his friend in a whisper. "Come on, don't be afraid!"

"This must be a bad idea," Jagadtara replied doubtfully, but in the end he still stepped into the house.

The room was empty, full of dust and a musty smell. The windows creaked in the strong wind, and the hallway felt endless and very dark.

Suddenly they heard the sound of heavy footsteps from upstairs.

"Did you hear that?" Jagadtara asked in a surprised tone. His friend just nodded stiffly.

They continued walking and found strange objects: piles of old letters, pieces of old newspaper articles, and some shabby black robes that were reminiscent of the legends about a figure often seen wandering at night in the area.

The atmosphere suddenly felt tense. Amidst the silence, an old, broken wall clock suddenly chimed loudly. Jagadtara felt a chill envelop his entire body.

"I really don't like this place..."

Before he could take a step back, a deep voice broke the silence from the top of the stairs. There stood Arka, his face pale and his gaze no longer filled with hatred, but with fear.

"You shouldn't be here..." Arka whispered, his eyes staring intently at the pile of old letters.
