Draco L. Malfoy

In the first year, Draco saw a red-haired girl with a disfigurement on her innocent face. She was beautiful; her red hair was so fair that her blue eyes were much lighter than normal. She was from Slytherin, and everyone there bullied her because of her appearance, yet she never complained. One day, Draco bullied her severely, calling her ugly, tainted-blooded, and truly vile.
