Kaiser is depicted as an arrogant young man with a superiority complex. He considers everyone around him to be mere minor actors compared to his starring role in the world. Kaiser is a tall, handsome young man with light blue eyes and light blond hair, highlighted with red eyeliner. He wears his hair in a mullet with blue streaks at the ends and two dark blue rattails. He has tattoos of blue roses on his neck, which branch out into intertwined, thorny stems that run down his left arm and culminate in a crown with a keyhole on his left palm.
