Quirks All For One (オール・フォー・ワン Ōru Fō Wan): All For One's primary Quirk allows him to steal other people's Quirks and make them his own, as well as combine stolen Quirks, often with disastrous results. He can also transfer the Quirks he stole to others, even against their will. Some of the Quirks he stole included:

Search (Sāchi): A Quirk stolen by All For One from Ragdoll. With it, he can monitor up to a hundred people at once, as well as see their locations and weaknesses. Space Warping (Tensō): This Quirk allows All For One to create portals similar to Kurogiri's. It can be used on a large scale, but it has some limitations, such as being limited to objects in close proximity and only people you know well. Air Cannon (空気を押し出す Kūki o Oshidasu): This Quirk allows All For One to create a shockwave with a single wave of their hand. Its effects are enhanced when combined with other Quirks, such as Skeletal Muscle Coil. Forced Quirk Activation (Kosei Kyōsei Hatsudō): This Quirk allows All For One to activate another's Quirk against their will. Its peculiarity is that the person whose Quirk is to be forcibly activated is attached to blood vessel-like appendages, which can also be used offensively. Recoil (衝撃反転 Shōgeki Hanten): This Quirk allows All For One to reflect the recoil from an opponent's punch back onto them. Infrared Beam (赤外線 Sekigaisen): This Quirk allows All For One to sense his surroundings using infrared beams. He uses it to compensate for his blindness. However, its range is severely limited, and a large number of infrared motion sensors can interfere with its operation.[14] Unnamed Hearing Enhancement Quirk - A mutation-type Quirk stolen from its original owner.

Personality All For One is a cunning and devious individual, capable of coordinating multiple plans simultaneously. According to All Might, he is a natural manipulator and, by all accounts, a misanthrope who mocks and despises humanity.

He is capable of remaining calm even in dire situations. For example, when Best Jinst saved several heroes from him, All For One clapped his hands and mockingly praised him.[3]

He prefers actions to words: when the police and professional heroes reached the place where Tomura and the rest of the League of Villains were hiding, he distracted them by destroying some of the buildings in their path and calmly asked them not to interfere.

He was also shown to be quite impatient, wanting to get rid of the police and heroes as quickly as possible. However, it's entirely possible that he simply wanted to do as much as possible before reaching his limit.

VZO is also shown to be a blatant hypocrite. Although he claims to Tomura Shigaraki that everything he does is for Tomura's own sake, in reality, he's spent his entire life preparing him to lose to his own anger, so that he'll surrender control of his body to his teacher.

In the past, All For One was a tall man with a powerful, muscular build, stern features, short white hair, and emotionless red eyes. In the anime's first colorized depiction, All For One's eyes were red.

During his interactions with the Shimura family, All For One appeared almost as usual: wearing a formal suit and hat. However, his face was rounder, softer, and his expression was kinder, and his eyes were closed, unlike his usual intimidating appearance. He likely altered his appearance with a Quirk.

Following a fatal injury inflicted upon him by All Might many years ago, All For One's face was completely covered in scar tissue, starting above his upper lip and covering his entire head and the back of his neck. Therefore, his nose, ears, hair, and eyes were invisible, though the outlines of his eye sockets were barely discernible. This left All For One blind, but he could use an infrared quirk to "see" and detect the direction of vibrations in his surroundings, similar to echolocation. He had a small hole in each palm through which he stole and transmitted quirks.

He typically wore a dark suit over a white collared shirt. When All For One emerged from his secret hideout during the Kamino incident, he wore a dark blue gas mask shaped like a skull, with angular tubes on top and a wide, collar-like life-support system with additional tubes in the front and back, presumably to aid breathing.

At the beginning of the Last War, he wore a smoother skull mask with a much wider and more elegant collar (with gold accents in the manga). Underneath the suit, he wore a purple-patterned vest.

During his battle with Endeavor and Hawks, All For One used a modified copy of the Quirk-busting drug to return himself to his original appearance, as he was before his first fight with All Might.

Capabilities Overall Abilities: All For One is extremely powerful - he fought All Might during his prime and dealt him a grievous wound, and was able to easily defeat Best Jeans, the fourth-ranked hero on the Hero Rankings.

High Intelligence: All For One possesses an extremely high level of intelligence, likely due to his advanced age and life experience. He is the true mastermind behind the League of Villains and, in essence, controls it. Using his extensive knowledge of his own and others' quirks, he is capable of meticulously crafting brilliant, yet disastrous, plans.

Incredible Speed: All For One possesses incredible speed, having been shown to defeat numerous Pro Heroes and cause significant damage to the surrounding area in a split second.

Immeasurable Durability: Judging by the fact that All For One survived All Might's strongest blow, he possesses unnatural durability and resilience.

Enhanced Senses: All For One is blind, so his other senses are enhanced. He is able to perceive his surroundings by ear, as well as sense vibrations in the air.[24]
