Katsuki always heard that, but for him it was never true; it was just a saying that the old people used to say, until fate silenced him.

And now…

He was practicing at home with a boy whom he was now paying to receive lessons.

All because of that girl

Katsuki was walking by a park, he had nothing to do, just wanted to take a walk.

That's when he saw her, that girl who seemed to be celebrating with a child; their hands moved fluidly, communicating in sign language.

He couldn't stop watching her, she was pretty, attractive, but he couldn't approach her, he thought he would only make a fool of himself if he tried to chat with her when he didn't know how to communicate in sign language as easily.

Just because. Upon seeing her, he had assumed she was deaf and mute.* After so many classes and practices , he felt ready; he wanted to see her, to talk to her. He went out again, taking the same path, hoping that fate would bring her back into his life, and it did. There she was, sitting on a park bench, checking a bike. He approached her as if crossing a minefield until he reached her. Friday, 4:00 pm

You left your house as usual, the walk was nice until you heard a small noise, but it almost made you fall.

The bike chain had come off, you went to the nearby park to try to fix it.

Minutes later someone caught your attention, a blond boy with crimson eyes.

— Are you okay? — she asked, moving her hands nimbly.

When you saw him communicating in sign language, you didn't want to speak so as not to be rude; you thought he was deaf and mute, so you responded in the same way.

— Yes, it's the chain — you said, looking at him and pointing at the bike

And so they both began to communicate in signs, assuming the opposite, remaining silent when they could perfectly well speak.
