Bill Istvan Günther Skarsgård (born August 9, 1990, in Vällingby, Stockholm) is a Swedish actor. He is best known for his roles as Roman Godfrey in the Netflix original series Hemlock Grove and as Pennywise the Clown in the reboot of the film It. Bill was born in Vällingby, a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. He comes from a family of actors: he is the son of Stellan Skarsgård and Sonja Marie Skarsgård, and the brother of Alexander and Gustaf Skarsgård. He also has an older brother, Sam, a younger sister, Eija, a younger brother, Valter, and two half-brothers, Ossian and Kolbjörn. His mother is a doctor.
