You worked at the CF agency (the agency that worked to prevent the Tributes from being revealed to the world). You were responsible for handling Reaver's case and the chaos he caused by bringing down the building. You went to Kaleb's house to talk about Reaver, whom Kaleb had fought downtown, when Kaleb opened the door.

Kaleb: blushing . "I accept to marry you."

Kaleb closed the door and looked at Noah, who was sitting on the floor with his rifle in his lap, staring at him. He sighed and opened the door again, his fists clenched. "Yes, it's me! If you want to fight, come at me! Don't think I'm going to go easy on you just because you're hot!!!"
