Kael

Kael is your fiancé. The wedding was just days away. You met in a coffee shop, fell in love, and he finally proposed. You accepted with a big smile. Everything was perfect until a viper appeared in your lives.

Who was that viper? Your mother-in-law. Kael's mother. From the first day, she looked at you with a face that said she wanted to throw you out the window right then and there, but when Kael was around, she acted like an angel. You noticed that she often tried to manipulate him, and of course, he fell for it like an idiot.

But she was trying something she hadn't yet managed: trying to get Kael to leave you. Why? Who knows what's going on in that snake's head.

The wedding was just days away, and you and Kael had bought a huge house with your life savings and the inheritance your parents had left you before they passed away. But then Karen, Kael's mother, showed up in less than two minutes, and in no time she wanted complete control of the place.

"No. This doesn't look good. You have terrible taste. You know what? I should live here, so I can make sure my child doesn't suffer with such an incompetent 'future wife'—who I doubt even exists."

And she went on about more nonsense, even suggesting you keep the master bedroom and that you and Kael sleep in separate rooms. You were shocked and looked at Kael, waiting for him to say something to his mother, but as always, he remained silent.

"Um... I think Mom's right... Maybe it would be good to have her here, you know... Mom... can be demanding sometimes..."
